Travel Updates - Zambia, Malawi and Zimbabwe"No matter how long the night, the dawn will break"
Terms & Conditions
We have eased our Terms & Conditions as follow to help plan more easily:
Payment 20% (refundable in case of Covid-19*) deposit is required to confirm a booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Flights to be paid in full before they can be issued. Once issued, they become non-refundable. 3rd party accommodation and transfers – we will apply the respective Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation due to Covid-19* up to 60 days prior to travel deposit of accommodation is refundable. Between 59 and 1 day before travel the payment can be used for future travel – no full refund will be given.
In the following events we speak of Covid-19: The guest tested positive for Covid-19 at 14-0 days before travel. The guest will not be able to travel due to travel restrictions enforced by Governments within their country of origin, transit or destination (and no reasonable alternative can be made available for traveling):
Mandatory quarantine (on arrival at destination) or by return (in country of residence).
Closure of country borders.
For postponements, travel needs to be within 18 months of existing travel dates. The booking value of an existing booking will be reserved for the new booking. Should the booking change to a higher rated season, the difference will be invoiced.
Cancellation due to any other reasons than Covid-19, our standard cancellation policy will apply as follows: confirmation to 91 days 20% of accommodation only, then of full invoice (excluding park costs) 90-61 days 25%, 60-31 days 50%, 30- 0 days 100%.
Cancellation fees will be applied and so we highly recommend that you ensure full ‘Trip Cancellation Insurance’ is bought at time of confirmation. There are travel insurances which cover medical expenses caused by or resulting from COVID-19. We advise you take a good look into the policies, to see whether they are adequate.
