Zambia & Malawi offers a unique wilderness experience that changes dramatically throughout the year. The two distinct seasons each hold their own allure, making it a year-round adventure for those who seek to immerse themselves in the breathtaking African wilderness.

THE DRY SEASON
The dry season, spanning from May to Mid-November, is arguably the most popular time to visit us. During these months, the landscape transforms into a sun-drenched environment and the scarcity of water forces wildlife to congregate around the remaining water sources, resulting in remarkable game viewing opportunities. Lake Malawi overall is alot calmer and this means more opportunity to enjoy the watersports on offer.

THE EMERALD SEASON
The emerald season, from late November to April, is often overlooked but holds its own unique charm. During this time, the bush transforms into a lush, vibrant landscape and Lake Malawi is brimming with water. While wildlife may sometimes be harder to spot in the dense vegetation, this season offers an entirely different perspective of the park as we take to the river to explore by boat.
