We’re thrilled to relaunch our Photo Competition after a hiatus, and invite you to share the unforgettable moments from your adventures with us. This time, we’re offering even more ways to participate, including a new Video Category. Our exciting prizes not only celebrate your amazing captures but also give you the chance to support meaningful conservation
efforts, making a real difference in the wild as well as in our neighbouring communities.
ENTRY GUIDELINES:
Please submit photos or videos captured during a safari or special activity with Robin Pope Safaris at any of our locations:
Zambia: South Luangwa
Malawi: Lake Malawi, Majete Wildlife Reserve, or Liwonde National Park
Zimbabwe: Mana Pools National Park
Or while on any of our Special Interest Safaris
Categories
Wildlife: Show us your best wildlife or bird shot.
Wild & Whimsical: A light-hearted category showcasing funny, or unusual wildlife encounters.
On Safari: This ranges from in camp action to moments you captured when out on an activity.
People: Whether its one of our staff in action or someone from the local community.
Videos & Reels: Share a video or reel that you created while on safari.
Prizes
There will be one winner per category and the winner will have a choice of the following prizes:
A $500 USD donation to Project Luangwa.
A $500 USD donation to support the Zambezi Valley through the Zambezi Elephant Fund.
One free night for two at any Robin Pope Safaris properties (excluding Mobile Walking Safaris).
How to Enter
Each person may submit one entry per category. Please ensure all entries meet these requirements:
Photo file sizes: 1–5 MB ; Video file size: 1-10MB, Duration: 60 second maximum.
Photo and video eligibility: All submissions must be taken while at a Robin Pope Safaris property or activity led by us.
Submission deadline: Entries are accepted throughout the year but must be submitted no later than December 31, 2025 using WeTransfer, Google Photos or Dropbox via the email photos@robinpopesafaris.net.
File naming: Please include your name in each file title, the caption, location and year of travel.
(e.g: Bill_Smith_Lion Cub_Tena2023).
Voting & Selection
Our team at Robin Pope Safaris will select the top five entries in each category. Public voting will take place on our social media channels in January 2026, with the winners announced via our It’s Monday newsletter and our social media channels on 9 February 2026.

Validity of prizes: All prizes must be redeemed by the end of 2026.
